Dagnachew Tesfaye Abetew(Mr.) is a licensed federal lawyer in all levels of the Federal Courts of Ethiopia. He has more than thirteen years of experience in legal advisory and litigation. He is the founder and partner at Daganchew and Mahlet Law Office(DMLO). He has advised several foreign and domestic companies, individuals and civil society organizations on all types of Ethiopian Laws. Mr. Dagnachew is the Ethiopian contributor for the World Bank Doing Business Project and the World Bank Women, Business and the Law Projects. He has served first as an Assistant Judge and then as a Judge in the Federal First Instance Court of Addis Ababa from 2001-2006. He presided over both civil and criminal benches. He has obtained his LLB Degree from Addis Ababa University in all Ethiopian Laws in August 2001. He also obtained his LLM Degree in Public Laws in August 2006 from Addis Ababa University. Mr. Dagnachew is a member of the Ethiopian Bar Association.

Mahlet Mesganaw Getu (Mrs.) is a licensed federal lawyer in all levels of the Federal Courts of Ethiopia. She has more than 5 years’ experience in legal advisory and litigation. She is a co- founder and partner at Dagnachew and Mahlet Law Office(DMLO). Mrs.Mahlet is the Ethiopian contributor for the World Bank Doing Business Project and The World Bank Women, Business and the Law Projects. She has an LLB Degree from Addis Ababa University, School of Law in 2009. She has also a certificate in Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London, UK in 2012. She is the member of the Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association and the Ethiopian Bar Association.
