Dagnachew, Mahlet & Rebecca Law Firm LLP was established in 2008. DMRLF was founded by two distinguished legal professionals: Mr.Dagnachew Tesfaye, and Mrs.Mahlet Mesganaw, and lately joined by Ms. Rebecca Ambaw as a partner. The firm has since provided dedicated legal services in the fields of corporate and commercial law, investment law, labor and employment disputes, commercial and contract law, including hotel management and technical service agreement reviews.

A former judge of the Federal Courts in Addis Ababa, as a senior partner Mr. Dagnachew began his private legal practice in 2007. Then founded Dagnachew and Mahlet Law Office in 2010. He holds an LLB (2001) and an LLM (2006) from Addis Ababa University. Mr. Dagnachew is an active member of the Ethiopian Lawyers Association, Ethiopian Federal Advocates Association and the American Bar Association.
Mrs. Mahlet holds an LLB from Addis Ababa University and joined Mr. Dagnachew in forming DMLF. She earned a Certificate in Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), London, in 2012. She is a member of the Ethiopian Lawyers Association, Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association, Ethiopian Federal Advocates Association, and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Rebecca Ambaw holds an LLB from Dire Dawa University and a Master of Laws from Verji University of Amsterdam. With over 10 years of legal experience — including earlier service as a Federal Attorney — she has spent the past several years as a successful private lawyer and legal consultant. She has handled high-stakes cases for various companies, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, litigation, and legal advisory. Her track record in delivering results and navigating complex legal matters makes her a key asset to the firm. Ms. Rebecca is a member of the Ethiopian Federal Advocates Association.
